Choosing the Photographer
All brides want the best photographer or film maker for their wedding. Getting the photo’s right is a major concern. They should tell a story of two people in love getting married and sharing the day with their families and friends.
Personal recommendation is the best way of choosing who is to do it. Even so always ask to see examples of previous work the photographer as done. Are the pictures he is showing you, what you would like your wedding pictures to be. Is there a good variation on poses, groups and is everybody looking happy. Tell the photographer if there is any particular photograph you would like taking, for example if you want one with all the men in top hats throwing them in the air or when (if you are allowed) the confetti is thrown.
A good photographer will be booked months in advance so start early with your planning. He may work alongside someone who will do a video for you if not if you want this, again you will have to book well in advance.
Ask if they are members of any professional body and if they are covered by insurance. When booking all these people remember to calculate everything into your budget.
